1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and pop303 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the pop303 website, mobile app, and all related services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any platform feature, or accessing any content on pop303, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the pop303 platform and close your account immediately.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use pop303 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Pop303 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If you fail to meet or no longer meet these eligibility requirements, pop303 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any balance pending further investigation.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pop303. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds including wins.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. The information required at registration includes:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• A strong password of at least 8 characters.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is considered your own action and you bear full responsibility for it.

Pop303 reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Pop303 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no hidden charges or currency conversion fees.

Accepted payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (all major banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 for all payment methods.
• Funds are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment verification.
• Pop303 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawal funds may only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Pop303 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Any attempt to circumvent the KYC process may result in the suspension or cancellation of withdrawals.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Pop303 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any wins from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Pop303 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit promotions.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of their validity period with no replacement.

6 Game and Betting Rules

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system.

• Wins arising from technical errors, software faults, or system disruptions are invalid and will be voided.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and wins, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Security and User Responsibility

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and pop303. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions; however, there are steps you yourself must take:

• Use a strong, unique password for your pop303 account and do not reuse it across other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Contact pop303 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Pop303 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account login credentials. Any changes to account details must be made through official pop303 channels only.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Pop303 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pop303 customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible fund balance (after deduction of bonuses that do not meet rollover requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, pop303 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in the account while conducting an internal investigation.

10 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

Pop303's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
